There is an excellent activities programme offering a great mix of fitness and fun for all the family and a comprehensive swimming lesson programme, which encompasses swimming for all.

Aqua Fit
An aerobics workout in the water, suitable for all levels and abilities.

Swim Fit
A structured and coached class which caters to all standards of swimmers.

Adults Only
These sessions are available to 16 years and over.

Mixed Swimming/Fun Sessions
It’s hard to beat swimming when it comes to an activity that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Swimming Lessons
Teaching swimming to all.

Gym
There is a superb selection of free weights used to build up muscle strength as well as cardiovascular equipment. Staff can provide you with training and advice and additional equiment to assist your training.
